Shipping
We ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
- Spain & Portugal: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping is available on orders over €250 within the EU.
Tracking & Customs
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. For non-EU destinations, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Returns
We want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If something is not quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Artworks and bespoke commissions are non-returnable unless defective
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
