Etni'KS is a design studio and online shop based in Barcelona, Spain, selling handcrafted home decor, furniture, accessories and apparel. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@etni-ks.com.

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items purchased.
• Account details: email and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account.
• Messages: contact and bespoke enquiry content, including any inspiration images you upload.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers.

We never see or store your full card number — payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

• To process, ship and support your orders (contract).
• To answer your enquiries and quote bespoke work (contract).
• To send marketing emails where you have subscribed (consent — you can unsubscribe from any email).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent / legitimate interest).
• To meet accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations (legal obligation).

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the shop is used. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure purchases and show relevant ads; data shared with Meta for measurement is limited and, where it identifies you (such as your email), it is hashed before transmission. You can disable cookies in your browser and opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the shop, under contract and only as needed: our payment processor, hosting and database provider, email delivery provider, shipping carriers, and Meta for advertising measurement. We never sell your personal data. Some providers are outside the EEA; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax law (generally six years). Account data is kept while your account is open. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept up to three years after our last exchange.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Email info@etni-ks.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

We use encrypted connections, access controls and trusted processors to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we review our practices regularly. If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email.
