The Real Piece
These photographs were taken with the actual Amira table and Sahra lamp — natural light, real sand, real weave. What you see is the colour and the craft exactly as they arrive in your home.

In the Workshop
Photographs from the workshop in northern Ghana, where our weaver builds each Amira piece by hand — from the first coloured strands to the finished table.

The Philosophy of Ubuntu
Handwoven by Ghanaian artisans and co-created with Moroccan ceramicists — vessels of meaning, heritage and ancestral wisdom.
The Amira is not one object but a kit of possibilities. The arched woven base works as a pedestal, a stool or a sculptural stand. The top lifts off to become a generous serving tray, a wall hanging or a low display. The Sahra lamp nests on the oval base, stands alone on a shelf, or travels outside for an evening under the sky. Separate the parts, recombine them, move them from living room to terrace — the collection is deliberately open-ended, so it adapts to your rituals, your space and your imagination, not the other way around.
Every Amira table and Sahra lamp is handmade to order in limited numbers. Natural materials, shared wisdom, and respect — for culture, for the earth, and for each other.
